This studio acoustic treatment was conceived and built for Sam Slater, Award-winning composer, sound designer and music producer based in Berlin. Featuring bespoke resonant & porous absorbers, quadratic residue diffusers as well as 8 specifically engineered Helmholtz resonators, the treatment was arranged in the room to satisfy both acoustic and aesthetic aspects, whilst remaining as non-intrusive as possible. In partnership with acoustic engineer Emanuele Porcinai, the acoustic treatment was developed to offer the ideal conditions for contemporary music production.
